By bringing together orders from local makers, we're aiming to reduce delivery costs while making popular clay bodies and glazes easier to access across Kent.

How Grouped Orders Work
1. Tell Us What You Need
Before the Order Request Deadline, let us know:
Clay body or bodies
Manufacturer (if known)
Product code (if known)
Quantity required
Don't worry if you're not sure—we're always happy to help you find the right clay..
2.We Prepare Your Quotation
We combine orders from makers across Kent and obtain the best prices we can from our suppliers.
We'll send you a quotation showing:
Products requested
Final price
Collection or delivery information
Payment details
3. Confirm Your Order
If you're happy with our quotation, simply confirm your order and make payment before the Payment Deadline.
4. We Place the Supplier Order
Once all orders have been confirmed, we'll place one combined order with our suppliers.
5. Collect or Have It Delivered
We'll let you know as soon as your order arrives.
You can either:
Collect by appointment, or
Receive delivery on one of our planned local delivery routes.

Our shelves won't be filled overnight, and that's entirely intentional.
