How Grouped Glaze Orders Work

1. Tell Us What You Need

Before the Order Request Deadline, let us know:

Manufacturer
Glaze name
Product code (if known)
Quantity required

If you're unsure which glaze is right for your clay or firing temperature, we're always happy to help.

2.We Prepare Your Quotation

We combine orders from makers across Kent and obtain the best prices we can from our suppliers.

We'll send you a quotation showing:

Products requested
Final price
Collection or delivery information
Payment details

3. Confirm Your Order

If you're happy with our quotation, simply confirm your order and make payment before the Payment Deadline.

4. We Place the Supplier Order

Once all orders have been confirmed, we'll place one combined order with our suppliers.

5. Collect or Have It Delivered

We'll let you know as soon as your order arrives.

You can either:

Collect by appointment, or
Receive delivery on one of our planned local delivery routes.
